  • OUR PHILOSOPHY

Experience Compassion

At Compassionate Hearts Personal Care, our philosophy is one in which our core concepts are based on creating a self-reliant, independent, and safe environment. We provide a nursing facility level of care in the comfort of our client’s homes, focusing on their quality of life. Our company strives to make a difference in the community and ensure our clients are safe and provided with a supportive lifestyle. Our goal is to help clients optimize their health and age with compassion and dignity.

Founder – Denzel Henderson

With our caregiving experience, we understand the importance of creating a supportive workplace.

We provide a family-style, engaged culture, regularly checking with workers on how they are doing. We are open to feedback and making changes to improve the work environment. Our goal is to train and mentor our team. We offer a complete training program, transforming a new worker with no experience into a competent and confident direct care worker.

Additionally, we offer:

  • Flexible schedule options
  • Aflac coverage
  • Transportation assistance
  • Bonus program

Whether you are brand new or a practiced caregiver, we offer a career path with a supportive team. Based on our background and values, we prioritize the experience of our team. We commit to continuous engagement and improvement based on the feedback of our caregivers.

Work with an experienced, passionate team who understands the challenges of caregivers.

COVID education for our staff is a critical element of our top-notch service. When we send our staff to work, we ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and the PPE to safely care for patients. Our staff are trained on our protocols if they or the patient has been exposed to COVID. We offer a low-cost insurance option to cover our employees’ wages during quarantine in the case of a known exposure to COVID-19. We are committed to stopping the spread of COVID-19 and keeping our workers and patients safe.

Resources for Patients & Families:

We value the health and safety of our staff and those in which we care. In doing so, we provide masks and gloves to ensure the highest level of service. Contact us with questions, comments, and concerns to meet your personal care needs.

The Compassion Standard

What are they saying about us ?

Recently my mom became very ill. With everything that the pandemic has effected it was extraordinarily difficult to find personal care. Compassionate Hearts was the only agency able/willing to help me. There was very little that anyone could do to help my mom. Compassionate Hearts was there to make her as comfortable as possible until she passed away.

– A. Lockwood

Compassionate Hearts is exactly as the name implies from enrollment to the program to delivery of care. They are a compassionate, caring and friendly team. Mom was a little skeptical about someone coming into her home, but the caregiver won her over immediately with her friendly personality and gentle caregiving approach. They quickly became friends and mom looked forward to her visits. She was always prompt and made time for mom every time she had a care need. When our schedule abruptly changed they gladly accommodated. The owner followed-up and checked in frequently on our satisfaction with the program. We highly recommend Compassionate Hearts and will return to their services if and when needed.
