Training/Evaluation – Through our family consultation, we identify the proficiencies required and diagnose skills gaps. Family caregivers participate in our comprehensive training program and receive personalized support to improve their skills. The scope of our partnership with families includes the care plan, training, direct care worker support and transportation. We handle contracting and payment setup (including Medicaid, private insurance and direct pay).
Notification – We will work with you to schedule on-site training ahead of the start date so your Family Care provider understands the patient’s needs, while focusing on specialized equipment.

Partnership – After your family member is onboarded, we will stay in close contact to monitor the quality of care. We foster an environment of open communication. Although we check in regularly with you, we also encourage you to contact us at any time with questions, concerns, feedback or requests for support.
